I have been going to Total Eyecare @Cross Roads for some years now and I have been getting the same great service. Ms. Kathy will always make sure your glasses are fitting right and they look good on you.

Great doctors that take their time with you and make sure that any questions are answered. The staff is always kind and professional. Plus I end up with great glasses/sunglasses!

Donna and Cathy are AMAZING! Seriously helped me pick the best glasses and helped me understand the process and helped me choose the best path for my glasses. I love them both! I saw both because every time a new pair came in I saw either Donna or Cathy. They helped explain the process, how long it can take (I ordered 3 pairs) and even when a glitch in the system happened they explained everything to me and made me feel like my glasses were in good hands. I’ll keep coming back because this place rocks!

Amazing and friendly folks! I’m pretty indecisive, they took their time to help me figure out the right glasses, style and add ons I need. Only place I’ll go to from here on out.

Great service all around. The staff were helpful and polite. The doctor was nice and professional. She got straight to the test and had me in and out quick. The quality of the glasses and shades I got were top notch. My vision was so clear and I would recommend their services.

Staff is always cheerful and happy to see me! They have provided good service and a willingness to help. I have a puppy who likes to chew on all things bright and shiny like glasses! The staff has responded to bent frames and scratched lens everytime I have gone in to see them.

First time patient on February 6, 2025 of Dr. Shannon Trinh. It was a very friendly, professional experience. The optometric assistant was welcoming, conducted the preliminary exam and answered my questions. Dr. Trinh's comprehensive exam was very thorough, and she really cared about me as her patient. She did not rush through the exam, as many doctors do and answered all my concerns and questions. Staff were friendly and helpful as well. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. Thank you!

This was my first time coming here for an eye exam and I will make sure that it’s not my last! The staff were extremely friendly from the moment I walked in and Dr. Cheryl Simmons was very thorough in her examination. She is by far the best eye doctor I’ve ever seen! She was patient with answering my questions and concerns, and was very informative about at home eye care practices. I would recommend this establishment to anyone!

The staff, from reception desk to "kingdom" of glasses, is friendly, efficient, and professional. The staff doing all the diagnostic tests are equally as proficient. Dr May was fantastic! She took her time and explained everything thoroughly and happily answered all my questions. Highly recommended!!

Cindi, the optician is the reason I come back year after year! She's a treasure to keep! Best customer service and is so good at her job! She always picks out the cutest frames!

Dr. Middleton was great and nice. I appreciated getting in two hours after I called with a painful eye, especially as a new patient. I noticed in the eyeglass section. They also have a great selection of children’s glasses from dilli dalli. That would be great for my three year-old.

Everyone that I came in contact with was so kind, responsive and took care of me as though I ws the only one present.1 I am very satisfied with my visits as well as my replacement eyewear.

I had an upper scope scheduled right down the rode from this office. I forgot my contact lenses case the morning of my appointment and these guys were nice enough to give me a case with lens solution. I can’t thank y’all enough!!
